the staff was professional! the desk gentleman displayed amazing patience assisting me with a last-minute emergency before my departure. i had a standard single room that aligned perfectly with my expectations for traditional european establishments. i particularly enjoyed the hot tub, catching up on news, and utilizing the dependable wifi from the comfortable, large bed. the general ambiance and decor impressed me, especially the use of noble materials and warm woodwork.
During one morning i noticed a slight delay when requesting additional sugar. The request was eventually fulfilled, but the initial hesitation was a minor inconvenience.

The location was really convenient. A nice area surrounded the hotel with many restaurants. it was also just a five-minute walk to the beautiful lake. the staff were friendly. the room was clean and a pleasant temperature upon arrival. the water pressure was great. Toiletries were available and the staff cleaned the room daily.
the room was a bit outdated, appearing more like a student dorm from the nineties.
